Lets Play the game that everyone wants to play...
What is this game?
I will Tell you,
The Game is
Guess Who Said This??
OK Here is a quote, Read it through then click on the quote to reveal the person who said it.

"And the question in my mind is how many additional American casualties is Saddam worth?"
"And the answer is not very damned many. So I think we got it right...we were not going to go get bogged down in the problems of trying to take over and govern Iraq."
"Going to Baghdad, would require a much different approach militarily than fighting in the open desert outside the capital, a type of warfare that U.S. troops were not familiar, or comfortable fighting. All of a sudden you've got a battle you're fighting in a major built-up city, a lot of civilians are around, significant limitations on our ability to use our most effective technologies and techniques,"
"Once we had rounded him up and gotten rid of his government, then the question is what do you put in its place? You know, you then have accepted the responsibility for governing Iraq."

I thought that you would want to know this, I did

H J RES 106
2/3 YEA-AND-NAY 30-Sep-2004 5:25 PM
BILL TITLE: Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to marriage

WNY Representatives
Amo Houghton - Republican NO
Jack Quinn - Republican Yes
Tom Reynolds - Republican Yes
Louise Slaughter - Democrat No

Independent 1

One of the FEW political thoughts that my sister and I agree on is our respect for Amo Houghton and his independent non-partisan mindset. This has gotten him into trouble with the Bible thumping republicans especially when he voted against the impeachment of Clinton.

He will be missed when his term comes to an end. I really think that if even 51% of republicans were like him, I (gasp) would probably be a registered republican.
